I am 19, 5'7, and a 119 pounds. Today I went to the gym for two hours. I spent 70 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes speed walking, 40 minutes lifting weights/ body sculpting exercises, and 10 minutes stretching. Outside of the gym, I spent about two hours running errands (Driving, walking around the grocery store, walking around the mall). Besides that I just kind of chilled around my house for the remainder of the day.
