I weightlift a lot since the new year (you know new year, new me, that sort of thing!), and well every now, you need a break to chill and drink some well deserved alcohol. Anway, ive heard that you shouldnt drink alcohol often or if at all if you want to gain muscle. I was just wondering if anyone knew what is the best alcohol to drink while weightlifting, be it light beer, guiness, vodka and diet mixers, or is there any high protein alcohol drinks?
