I like to sleep at 8pm - 11pm and wake up at 6am - 9am but one of those days I took a nap and messed up my sleeping schedule. Now I sleep around 4am - 6am and wake up around 1pm - 3pm. There are two solutions: Go to sleep now somehow or stay up until 3pm - 5pm which is very difficult. I also have a drivers appointment on monday at 10pm so I need to fix my sleeping schedule so any idea on how I can make myself sleep?

i'm in the same situation as u too...i feel tired at school...and i sleep at 1am or 2am...i try force myself to sleep at 10pm but i couldn't sleep
